I Bello's Caponata and Potatoes

Ingredients

300g of I Bello's
2 potatoes
1 onion
Capers
Green olives
Balsamic vinegar
Sugar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Method

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook them in salted water.
Fry the I Bello's and the onion in a pan with oil.
Add capers, olives, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add the potatoes to the pan and cook until the ingredients are combined.

Advice

Tips: Serve caponata both hot and cold.
