Lasagna with I Bello's and Ricotta

Ingredients

150g of lasagna
300g of I Bello's
200g ricotta
200ml tomato puree
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Method

Cook the lasagna in boiling salted water.
Fry the I Bello's in a pan with oil and add the tomato puree, salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, alternate layers of pasta, sauce, ricotta, and basil.
Top with grated parmesan and bake until golden brown on top.

Advice

Let it rest for a few minutes before serving to make portioning easier.
