I Bello's and Custard Tart

Ingredients

200g of shortcrust pastry
250g of I Bello's
200ml of milk
2 egg yolks
50g sugar
20g of flour
Powdered sugar for decoration

Method

Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the custard by bringing the milk to the boil.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and flour until smooth.
Pour the boiling milk over the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
Put the mixture back on the heat and cook until it thickens.
Once the tart base has cooled, distribute the I Bello's evenly over the surface and cover with the custard.
Decorate with additional I Bello's and dust with icing sugar.

Advice

Serve the tart cold for a better consistency of the custard.
