Couscous with I Bello's and Chickpeas

Ingredients

150g of couscous
200g of I Bello's
100g cooked chickpeas
Garlic
Onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Method

Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in extra virgin olive oil, then add the diced I Bello's and cooked chickpeas.
Add the couscous to the pan and stir well until all the ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper, and serve as a main course or side dish.
