Gazpacho by I Bello's

Ingredients

250g of I Bello's
1 cucumber
1 bell pepper
1 onion
Garlic
Fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper

Method

Blend the I Bello's, cucumbers, peppers, onions and garlic together with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Garnish with diced tomatoes, cucumber and fresh basil.
