Spaghetti with Bello's and Rocket Pesto

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

200g of spaghetti
250g of I Bello's
50g rocket
30g of walnuts
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Method

Cook the spaghetti al dente.
Blend the rocket, walnuts, garlic and oil to obtain the pesto.
Fry the I Bello's in a pan with oil and add the pesto.
Add the spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.

Advice

Finish with a sprinkling of grated cheese before serving.
